The IFA Gala Dinner 2023 will be held on the impressive 5-star ship Riverside Mozart, cruising on the Danube from Vienna (Austria) via Bratislava (Slovakia) to Budapest (Hungary).
Embarking on Thursday 23rd of November, from 1pm onwards, the cruise will follow the course of the Danube River as we take in the beautiful sights of three countries - Austria, Slovakia and Hungary - before disembarking on Sunday 26th, by 11am.
The Gala Dinner, on Friday, will feature our coveted Supplier of the Year presentations, coupled with great company, fine dining, and stunning entertainment, along with our traditional charity auction and table raffle. Don’t forget to pack your dancing shoes!
Due to the success of last year’s sell-out event on the Thames, we recommend early booking to avoid disappointment.

• 19:00 - Welcome drinks on board
• 20:00 - Informal welcome dinner
• 23:00 - Depart Vienna
Friday 24th November
• 08:00 - Arrive Bratislava
• Day at leisure
• 18:00 - Welcome drinks on board
• 19:00 - IFA Gala dinner (black tie)
• 19:00 - Depart Bratislava
Saturday 25th November
• 08:30 - Arrive Budapest
• Day at leisure
• 18:00 - Scenic Budapest river trip
• 19:00 - Farewell drinks on board
• 20:00 - Informal farewell dinner
• 23:00 - Budapest overnight
Sunday 26th November
• Up until 11:00 - Budapest - Disembark Riverside Mozart cruise ship

Dress code
For the duration of the event, the dress code is “informal and casual”, with the exception of the Gala Dinner, which is “black tie / evening gown / cocktail dress”.
Travel
Return travel from the UK to the ship is the guest’s responsibility. Multiple airlines fly to Vienna, Bratislava and Budapest, with easy train transfer available between each of the three cities - allowing for plenty of flexibility in your travel arrangements. Gretal is at your disposal to offer travel advice and tips if needed. Contact details are below.
If you wish to travel light, your en-suite on board the ship is fully supplied with a range of Natura Bissé toiletries, including shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, soap and body lotion. Cabins are also equipped with a hair dryer, plenty of hanging space, a safe, coffee machine and a mini-bar.

Please complete ONE registration form per couple. If more than one invitee is attending from your Company then each must complete their own registration forms.
Golfers, again, there will be no golf at the Gala Dinner, but you will have the opportunity to compete against your industry colleagues at the 2024 IFA Member and Supplier golf day.
